Blog Design Tweak

I recently had a few comments about how the site was hard to read in certain sections because of the color of the fonts being used. So, I have tweaked the design of the blog a bit to make it more accessible and appealing to readers. I appreciate the feedback regarding the design and if you have any other thoughts, please let me know. Thanks for your understanding as I work through the process of "re-designing" the site.
